Mô tả Công việc

Role Overview

Support the oversight of quality and food safety systems, supervise daily QA operations, ensure compliance, manage documentation, and coordinate corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily QA operations across stores, warehouse, and suppliers.
  • Monitor food safety compliance: GMP, hygiene, temperature logs, SSOPs, and store practices.
  • Review QA reports, non‑conformities, and documentation accuracy.
  • Support internal audits, supplier audits, and regulatory inspections.
  • Follow up CAPA and verify effectiveness.
  • Lead/support product investigations, RCA, and quality incidents.
  • Coordinate product testing, sampling, traceability, and mock recall activities.
  • Support training for store partners on food safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross functions ( Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Suppliers...) to resolve quality issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QMS, SOPs, and store procedures.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements

  • Degree in Food Technology (or food certificate) /Biology/Chemistry
  • 3–5 years QA/QC experience; 1+ year supervisory preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO/Food Safety standards.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
  • Able to work independently  and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in MS Office for reporting and data tracking.
  • Good English communication skills.
