Quality Assurance (Chinese Language)

About the role:

1. Location: Flemington Tower, 182 Le Dai Hanh, District 11, HCMC
2. Time working: 5 days/weeks, rotating shift (no nightshift). Off 2 days randomly. 9 hours shift including 1 - 1.5h breaktime

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 – 21:00
• Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 – 18:00
• Holidays closed

The position will work in Call Center industry, support for customer (user) using and having issues with O365, Hardware, Software computer.
3. What you’ll do:
- Provide training for new hires to help them to be well-equipped with program knowledge & Soft-skills, preparing them for real life situations.
- Support in doing Quality Tasks during off-peak season, including auditing, joining weekly & monthly calibrations, conducting coaching session in order to maintain agents' quality.
- Identifying and resolving quality issue, addressing root causes in order to build an appropriate action plan in order to maintain SOPs
- Prepared new hires for obtaining and maintaining employment by training coping strategies, goal setting, communication skills, time management and problem-solving skills to utilize in a professional setting.
- Trained and validated of trainees with respect to their performance against established training objectives and recommendation of additional skill requirements as needed

• Chinese Language (Mandarin/Cantonese) fluently using in work (HSK5 and above)
• English in communication
• Have experience in audit/check sample
• Have presentation/training/teaching skill
• Customer Services mindset
• Open for all industry. 
• Technical knowledge is not a must, will be trained for newbie
