Mô tả Công việc

To manage all quality assurance activities in Company.
To be responsible for all maintenane activities of quality assurance in Company.
To responsible for daily overall activities and working effectiveness in QA department.
To report and consult for Management Board about quality of raw materials and finished goods.
To inspect and evaluate the implementation, maintain and improvement of quality activities in all departments, ensure that it should be matched with Company standards in use.
To maintain Quality management system of Company such as ISO, Kaizen improvement, 5S,…
To follow customers complain and define their reactions which is related to quality of goods.
To build the quality management system and procedure system for all departments of Company.
To do suppliers appraisal yearly, analyze and report to Management Board.
To co-ordinate with HR department in recruitment and training for QA's Staff.

Bachelor graduated in Chemical Technology or related.
Having experience in plastic production, 5 years experience in Supervisor or Manager.
Very good in, planning, communication and well presentable, proactive, tender, team work…
Understand the operation principles of industrial system in plant.
