Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage implementation of QMS, FSSC 22000, Halal, and customer audits.

2. Supervise raw material, in-process, and final product testing.

3. Lead root cause analysis and CAPA for customer complaints.

4. Maintain calibration and laboratory documentation.

5. Conduct internal and supplier audits and drive quality improvements.

6. Coach operators on defect prevention and documentation accuracy.

7. Support product trials and new material validations.

Education & Experience

●          Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.

●          Minimum 7–10 years experience in QA within packaging, FMCG, or food manufacturing.

●          Hands-on knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and Halal standards.

●          Experienced in data analysis, SPC, and risk-based quality control.

Character & Competencies

●          High integrity and attention to detail.

●          Analytical, firm, and fair in judgment.

●          Strong communicator who can enforce standards without conflict.

●          Persistent in resolving root causes, not just symptoms

●          IELTS 5.5 or CEFR B2
