Mô tả Công việc

1. Purpose of the position

  • Establish, maintain and develop the quality and food safety management system for continuous effectiveness.

2. Tasks

  • Update food safety management system in accordance with BRC, Organic Standard, customer requirement.
  • Promote and support other departments to write internal document vs standard requirement.
  • Verify the compliance of food safety management system - Internal audit, GMP audit, periodicly inspection, testing result of finished product, CCP monitoring records,…
  • Arrange relevant training of the food safety to team member, factory employee; Training staff for on-job skill, testing technique.
  • In charge external audits: BRC, Organic, Smeta, customer audit,…
  • Handling customer questionnaire
  • Handling customer complaint.
  • Verify suppliers auditing/approval.
  • Make sure periodic works are performed and complete report as food safety system' plan - on pest control report, quality objective measuring, EMP procedure, annual water and product testing, traceability, mock recall, calibration, HACCP review , Management review, ..
  • Update regulations, implement and promote other departments to implement planned programs in response to the SMETA audit at factory side.
  • Works related to QA dept for Smeta: Fisrt aid training, working environment inspection,…
  • Ordering, managing QAQC supplies and equipment.

3. Authority:

  • Request to provide adequate resources for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and updating of the food safety management system
  • Request to provide the adequate training food safety team member
  • Communicate with concerned department and asking for corrective/preventive action relevant food safety management system

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Certificate

University of food technology.

2. Years of experience

As least 3 years experience working in food industry as QA, QC; Supervisor level or food safety team leader is prefer.

Understand well HACCP and BRC/FSSC 22000/IFS/SQF.

3. Skills

English skill: Ability of communication by English both oral and writing.

Computer SKILL: Microsoft office
