1. Arrange all resources relevant to the quality dept to ensure the quality system operates fluently.
2. Monitoring and managing activity from RM incoming, PM, each step during processing, WIP, FGs, shipping, testing, sampling, review, validation, calibration, verification effective of quality system.
3. Establish, maintain, improvement continuously quality management system.
4. Solving customer requirements, complaints, Supplier / Vendor management.
5. Responsible for internal audit, all audit from customers, second party, third party. Follow up for CAPA and improvement
6. Training, coaching employees, follow Company policy, FS standard,
7. Internal & external communication related to quality management systems to ensure the follow legal & regulation of local and imported countries, company quality policy.
8. Consulting for BOD and central Quality on Quality management during implementation & operation.

Education: Graduated from University in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture or related majors.
Experience: 5 - 10 years of experience in a similar position in food manufacturing companies.
