Quality Engineer (Kỹ Sư Chất Lượng)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Develops fixture, tooling to support inspection on product.

- Work with Engineer, production team to create OMS, WI, Manual Inspection sheet, SOP … to control quality in process.

- Coordinate with the technical, production team to complete the document as control plan and Work Instruction, COC, FAIR... for new product.

- Coordinate with the team to complete the FA parts with the best quality.

- Work with quality manager and technical team to develop inspection process for each product

DETAILS ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Control quality document manufacturing process instruction, improve process if needed.

- Report to quality manager, quality team immediately if detect the issue or update drawing…

- maintain and checking plan for all tooling, fixture of quality dept.

- Control document Manufacturing Process Instructions, Train operators on new instructions and processes.

- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services and make sure don’t affect to production planning.

- Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting testing, evaluating the precision and reliability of company products.

- Perform problem solving and implementation of a quality system as per ISO standards.

- College / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics

- From 2 years-experience related to quality technical working experience and quality inspection working experience

- Analysis skill, problem solving, good communication, team work.

- Good command 2 skills in English (read & understand).

- Can read & understand drawing.

- Have knowledge about quality standard of the product.

- Have knowledge about QMS is a plus
