Strategy Development:
- Assist in developing and implementing manufacturing strategies in his region.
- Assist in developing and incorporating operational safety throughout the Department.
Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Tier 2 Operation Management:
- Manage Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Tier2 processes.
- Check and study the Daily Production Schedule.
- Check all AQL Final Inspections and Reports.
- Check daily production in all workshops.
- Report to the Senior Manufacturing Manager, serious QM problems.
- Report to the Senior Manufacturing Manager, potential production delays.
- Retrieve daily one “production pulls” per line for lab testing.
- Check daily INSITE® Form T2-1 and ensure the form is correctly filled out.
- Check the logging of all production keep-sample packages.
- Secure all production keep sample packages for a period of 2 years.
- Destroy the production keep sample packages older than 2 years.
- Ensure packing, labeling, and marking are correct.
- Ensure shipping carton quantity is correct.
- Ensure the trucks or containers is clean and no damaged before loading.
- Check the loading of trucks and containers.
Supply Chain Management
- Retrieve “production pull” for RSL testing.
Team leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing QM Team.
- Provide guidance to enhance team performance and individual growth in QM Team.
- Recommend Team’s SOP revisions to the Senior Manufacturing Manager.
- Manage his Team OKR’s and KPI’s.
- Organize Team-building training for QM Team.
- Review and approve employees’ application and report to supervisors on level above.
- Interview job applicants.
Risk Management:
- Identify and report potential risks and challenges to Senior Manufacturing Manager.
- Recommend, when in doubt, whether an order should or shouldn’t ship.
