Quality Specialist

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

· In house quality testing such as loading test, salt spray test, high-low temperature testing, etc, and publish the report to relevant departments.

· 3rd party inspection coordination for US retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, THD, including documents and sample preparation, need to be familiar with customer quality requirement, good communication with inspector, customer quality team and internal departments.

· Customer annual quality audit support, including all quality system files, factory internal QC record maintenance, vendor quality performance maintenance, CAPA of complaints, etc.

· Production assistance including on site quality inspecting, problems solving and coordination.

· Quality related report maintenance such as NCR, etc.

· Other tasks assigned by factory manager or QC manager/Supervisor.

·       Factory working experience, min. 3-year experience on Quality  

·       Proactive and accountable

·       Good communication and problem-solving capabilities

·       Good language capability, Chinese speaking is Must-have with literate to English in reading and understanding  

·       Be able to use computer, including Excel, Outlook, PPT, etc.
