QUALITY SUPERVISOR

Duties and Responsibilities: Build, develop, and maintain the company's quality management system. Improve quality processes to minimize defective products during production:

· Monitor KPI indicators to evaluate quality performance and report to the department head.

· Monitor the yield and pass rate of quality for continuous improvements. Facilitate Root Cause Investigations related to process & materials which impact on final product performance.

· Train team members on quality standards and quality control procedures.

· Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products throughout the production process.

· Prepare and organize internal quality system audits according to ISO 9001 standards, brand requirements, customer requirements, or third-party standards.

· Sharing of daily quality reports and summary of monthly quality reports in CTC plant.

· Quality complaint handling and COA document preparation.

Qualification

·          Bachelor’s degree.

·          Fluent in English or Chinese (speaking, writing, reading) for communication with international partners.

Experience

·          Working experience in the textile industry is preferred.

·          At least 03 years of experience in quality management.

Competencies and skills

·          Strong comprehension ability and execution ability is necessary.

·          Be familiar with the five tools and apply.

·          Principle awareness.
