We’re looking for a detail-oriented Excel VBA Developer to design smart automation tools, streamline reporting processes, and bring value-driven solutions to our Finance & Banking technology team.

What You’ll Own & Drive

• Design and build VBA-based tools that automate complex Excel workflows
• Develop logic-driven functions, macros, and user forms to enhance business operations
• Analyze repetitive manual tasks and propose automation solutions
• Optimize existing tools and continuously improve performance & usability
• Troubleshoot and maintain clean, well-documented code
• Work closely with Business Analysts to understand process logic and deliver accurate implementations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end reliability and performance

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• 1+ year experience in software development (Java, Python, C#, or any language)
• Solid foundation in Excel VBA: macro writing, form creation, and automation scripting
• Familiarity with Excel data structures: tables, formulas, data validation
• Strong logical thinking and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and apply VBA to solve business problems
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills

Additional Details:

• Employment contract: Fixed-term contract until December 31, 2025.
• Working hours: 08:30 AM – 06:00 PM, Monday to Friday (weekends off).
• Workplace: Copac Square Building, 12 Ton Dan Street, Ward 14, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City.
