Mục tiêu công việc / Job Purpose

• Quản lý, lập kế hoạch, tổ chức và giám sát toàn bộ hoạt động bảo trì cơ điện, thiết bị sản xuất và hệ thống tiện ích nhằm đảm bảo hoạt động sản xuất liên tục, an toàn và hiệu quả.
• Manage, plan, organize, and supervise all maintenance activities related to machinery, utilities, and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production operations.

5. Nhiệm vụ và Trách nhiệm./ Responsibilities and Duties

5.1 Quản lý bảo trì tổng thể. / General Maintenance Management

• Lập kế hoạch, tổ chức và giám sát toàn bộ hoạt động bảo trì hàng ngày, hàng tuần và hàng tháng./ Plan, organize, and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities.

• Thiết lập, triển khai và kiểm soát chương trình bảo trì phòng ngừa (PM) cho toàn bộ máy móc, thiết bị và cơ sở hạ tầng nhà máy./ Establish, implement, and control preventive maintenance programs for all machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure.

• Theo dõi, đánh giá hiệu quả bảo trì và liên tục cải tiến hệ thống bảo trì./ Monitor maintenance performance and continuously improve maintenance systems.

• Phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ các sự cố lặp lại và triển khai các hành động khắc phục, phòng ngừa./ Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Chịu trách nhiệm giảm thời gian dừng máy và nâng cao độ tin cậy của thiết bị./ Be responsible for reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability.

5.2 Quản lý hệ thống cơ điện và tiện ích

Utilities & Facility Management

• Quản lý hệ thống điện trung thế, hạ thế, tủ điện, động cơ, biến tần và hệ thống điều khiển./ Manage medium-voltage, low-voltage electrical systems, control panels, motors, inverters, and control systems.

• Quản lý hệ thống khí nén, máy nén khí, hệ thống cấp thoát nước và các thiết bị phụ trợ./ Manage compressed air systems, air compressors, water supply and drainage systems, and utility equipment.

• Quản lý hệ thống PCCC, máy phát điện dự phòng và các hệ thống an toàn liên quan./ Manage fire protection systems, backup generators, and related safety systems.

• Đảm bảo tất cả hệ thống cơ điện hoạt động ổn định, đáp ứng yêu cầu sản xuất và tuân thủ quy định pháp luật./ Ensure all utility systems operate efficiently and comply with legal and safety requirements.

5.3 Quản lý sửa chữa và cải tiến

Breakdown & Improvement Management

• Tổ chức xử lý nhanh các sự cố phát sinh nhằm giảm thiểu ảnh hưởng đến sản xuất./ Organize prompt corrective actions to minimize production disruption.

• Đề xuất và triển khai các dự án cải tiến nhằm nâng cao năng suất và giảm chi phí bảo trì./ Propose and implement improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce maintenance costs.

• Tham gia lắp đặt, chạy thử và nghiệm thu máy móc, thiết bị mới./ Participate in installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new machinery and equipment.

5.4 Quản lý phụ tùng và chi phí bảo trì

Spare Parts & Cost Control

• Kiểm soát ngân sách bảo trì và chi phí sửa chữa theo kế hoạch được phê duyệt./ Control maintenance budgets and repair expenses according to approved plans.

• Quản lý tồn kho vật tư, phụ tùng thay thế đảm bảo đầy đủ và tối ưu chi phí tồn kho./ Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability while optimizing inventory costs.

• Làm việc với nhà cung cấp để mua sắm vật tư, thiết bị và dịch vụ kỹ thuật./ Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of materials, equipment, and technical services.

5.5 Quản lý nhân sự

People Management

• Phân công, giám sát và đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc của đội ngũ bảo trì./ Assign, supervise, and evaluate maintenance team performance.

• Xây dựng kế hoạch đào tạo nhằm nâng cao năng lực chuyên môn và kỹ năng của nhân viên./ Develop training plans to improve technical competency and skills of maintenance personnel.

• Xây dựng đội ngũ kế thừa và phát triển nguồn nhân lực bảo trì./ Build succession plans and develop maintenance workforce capabilities.

5.6 An toàn – Môi trường

Safety & Environment

• Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn điện, an toàn lao động, PCCC và môi trường./ Ensure compliance with electrical safety, occupational safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations.

• Thực hiện và duy trì các chương trình 5S, TPM, Kaizen và Lean Manufacturing./ Implement and maintain 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

6. Chỉ số đánh giá hiệu quả công việc

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Tỷ lệ hoàn thành kế hoạch PM ≥ 95%./ Preventive Maintenance completion rate ≥ 95%.

• Machine Uptime ≥ 98%./ Machine Uptime ≥ 98%.

• Giảm tỷ lệ Breakdown hàng năm./ Annual breakdown reduction achievement.

• Hoàn thành Corrective Action đúng hạn ≥ 95%./ Corrective Action closure rate ≥ 95%.

• Chi phí bảo trì trong ngân sách được phê duyệt./ Maintenance costs within approved budget.

• Không có sự cố nghiêm trọng liên quan đến an toàn và PCCC./ Zero major incidents related to safety and fire protection.

• Yêu cầu công việc

  Job Specification

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Điện, Điện công nghiệp, Điện – Điện tử, Cơ điện tử, Cơ khí hoặc các ngành kỹ thuật liên quan./ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

  • Có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bảo trì cơ điện tại nhà máy sản xuất và ít nhất 2 năm ở vị trí quản lý hoặc giám sát./ Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing and at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Có kinh nghiệm quản lý hệ thống điện công nghiệp, khí nén, PCCC, cấp thoát nước và thiết bị phụ trợ. / Experienced in managing industrial electrical systems, compressed air systems, fire protection systems, water systems, and utility equipment.

  • Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật và giao tiếp tiếng Anh trong công việc./ Able to read technical documents and communicate in English at work.

  • Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý đội ngũ, lập kế hoạch và giải quyết vấn đề tốt./ Strong leadership, planning, team management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm bảo trì máy CNC, máy cưa, máy chà nhám, máy ép, dây chuyền sơn và hệ thống hút bụi trong ngành gỗ hoặc nội thất./ Experience in maintaining CNC machines, saws, sanding machines, pressing machines, finishing lines, and dust collection systems in the furniture or wood manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

  • Ưu tiên ứng viên biết lập trình về PLC Mitsubishi, Siemens,../ Candidates experienced in programming Mitsubishi, Siemens, or other PLC systems are preferred.
