1. In-charge of Automation, Lead the Automation Team and train of mentor for staff, report to management.
2. Design and give the proposal decision to implement Automation project to HOYA's process
3. Work with Automation supplier to fine the best solution for HOYA
4. Step by step build smart factory for HOYA and apply digital twin in near future.

1. Have > 8 years experience in Industrial Automation
2. Strong in Robotics, PLC, SCADA,....and Experience leading automation projects
3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
4. Have management skill and experiences to manage the team at least 3 years
5. Experience with Smart factory : IOT, Data Analytics, AI,....
6. Has done at least one integration with MES/ERP
7. Holds PMP or Lean Six Sigma
