Plan, implement, complete projects, plans, assignments assigned by Head of Process Management Department within time line and allocated budget
Manage multiple operational projects that dedicated by the Operations Division Director/ Department Head, delivering projects on time and on budget, including project documents
Support from Operations Division side projects established by other divisions in case the project relates to activities of Operations Division
Ensure that projects remain aligned with strategic initiatives, providing updates as necessary to sponsor/ committees and ensuring adequate resources are available
Manage the overall plan for business related activities to ensure that projects remain aligned with strategic initiatives
Partner with the various clients to develop objectives for key projects, stablishing project management disciplines including the development of project plans/timelines, facilitates project meetings, etc.
Work collaboratively with extended teams to develop comprehensive project plans based on approved funding. Project plans typically including scope, schedule, cost, quality, roles and responsibilities, communication, staffing, risk & issue management. Obtain commitment to the plans
Orchestrate and drive the successful and timely completion of technology projects to achieve the business goals, including the identification and resolution of risks and issues, which impact project delivery
Undertake other tasks assigned by Department Head

Bachelor Degree in Economics, Banking, Finance or any related fields
At least 05 years’ experience, prefer candidate working in finance-banking industry
Deep understanding on how to deliver projects for Financial Institutions in Vietnam
Excellent in planning, analyzing, communication & negotiation skills during project
Work well with expats, multi-cultural environment
Excellent on applying technology to the business requirements
Proficiency in computer skills
Excellent in team-work
Ability to work under high pressure
Fluent in both Vietnamese & English
