R&D Administrator

Prepare, manage, and maintain R&D documentation, reports, and records.

Request quotations, process purchase orders, and follow up with suppliers.

Receive and inspect ordered materials, chemicals, and samples.

Monitor and manage laboratory supplies and inventory.

Assist R&D team members with paperwork and internal procedures.

Arrange meetings and schedules, and support project tracking.

Prepare administrative reports for the R&D Manager.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree

Candidates with experience supporting the machine design department and working in Japanese companies are preferred

Good organizational and documentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

Basic to good communication skills in English or Japanese

Careful, responsible, and able to work with multiple departments
