R&D Engineer (Material)

We are looking for R&D Material Engineer who is willing to work with the detailed description below:

- Receive requests and evaluate materials according to Panasonic Corporation's standard system for new materials, cost reduction of raw materials, component/ part defects related to material quality, etc.

+ Determine the standards corresponding to the materials and make the items to be tested according to the standards

+ Conduct testing

+ Analyze and evaluate test results on the compatibility of components/ materials with the product and the causes of defects related to component/ material quality.

+ Make reports on analysis and evaluation results and send them to relevant departments.

- Make maintenance plan for testing equipment including getting contact information, monitoring the supplier to perform maintenance, verifying the results, making payment to suppliers

- Carry out purchase of laboratory equipment and tools: distilled water, glassware, test paper, chemicals...

- In charge of chemical management: control IN/OUT, inventory of chemicals, make reports and send to HSE department every 3 months

• Bachelor's Degree in Materials, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related.

• Have experiences in using analysis instruments such as FTIR, EDX, DTA

• Have basic knowledge about polymers or steel, pre-coated metal.

• Good at English in communication (Japanese is a plus)

• Fresh graduate with a remarkable ability and good attitude is welcomed
