R&D Executive

• Develop and improve cement additives and concrete admixture products to meet technical, market, and customer requirements.
• Design and optimize product formulations to improve performance, quality, and cost efficiency, and support new product commercialization.
• Conduct laboratory and field trials for cement additives and concrete admixtures, evaluating key performance indicators such as workability, setting time, strength, durability, and material compatibility.
• Analyze test results, prepare technical reports, and maintain accurate laboratory data and formulation records in accordance with ASTM, EN, TCVN, and internal standards.
• Provide technical support to Sales and Technical Service teams, participate in customer trials, troubleshoot product performance issues, and recommend improvement solutions.
• Evaluate new raw materials and suppliers, monitor industry and technology trends, and support continuous improvement, quality, safety, and compliance activities.

Education:: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering,Cement Technology, Construction Materials
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in:

·         Concrete admixtures

·         Cement additives

·         Cement manufacturing

·         Ready-mix concrete

·         Construction chemicals

·         Building materials

Strong understanding of:

·         Cement manufacturing processes

·         Concrete technology

·         Construction material chemistry

·         Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE) technology

·         Grinding Aids

·         Performance Enhancers

·         Supplementary Cementitious Materials (SCMs)

Knowledge & Skills: Knowledge of ASTM, EN, and TCVN standards related to cement and concrete.

Experimental design (DOE) and statistical analysis skills.

Strong technical report writing capabilities.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good project management and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Language skills: English – fluent communication in speaking & writing

Travel: Willing to travel regularly across Vietnam to:

·         Cement plants

·         Ready-mix concrete plants

·         Precast factories

·         Construction sites

·         Customer laboratories
