R&D Management Engineer

- Lead all test-related activities from NPI through mass production, ensuring test solutions are delivered on time and meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize test yield, UPH, equipment performance, and test process stability.
- Drive issue resolution, risk management, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary interface for test-related communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Create, track, and follow up Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in the company system to ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate with purchasing, finance, suppliers, and project teams to resolve procurement-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, and presentations with accurate and timely data.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and procurement status, highlighting risks or delays to the project team.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and other administrative records to support project execution.

Bachelor's degree or above.

At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

Proficient in Chinese (HSK 5+) or English (TOEIC 750+)

Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills.

Good problem-solving skills and good organizational and time management skills.
