R&D Mechanical Design Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Design mechanical parts (plastic & metal) for EV Charger and MCU.
• Review & verify DFM (Design for Manufacturability) / Tooling designs from Tool Maker.
• Follow up on the project's process, perform testing, and evaluate designs.
• Perform Design-To-Cost for new and current products.
• Participate in the production engineering team to review and evaluate product designs, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to develop new projects and new tooling from the development phase to mass production

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Education: University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Creo & AutoCAD.
• Language: Good command of English.
• Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and capability to manage project timelines effectively.
