1. Formulation development: Design and create new cosmetic formulas for skincare, haircare, makeup and personal care products, considering desired functionalities and target market needs. Conduct lab-scale experiments to test and optimize formulations, including stability studies, efficacy testing, and sensory evaluations. Work closely with marketing, quality assurance, and production teams to bring new products to market.

2. Ingredient sourcing: Research and select raw materials, evaluating their properties, quality, and regulatory compliance.

3. Market research:

• Research and apply new technologies in production to improve products.
• Update domestic and international trends, propose research ideas, and develop new products.
• Search for and test new materials and alternatives to enhance product quality.
• Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitors' products.

4. Regulatory compliance: Ensure all developed products adhere to relevant cosmetic regulations and safety standards.

5. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of formulation development, testing results, and process operation instruction, PIF

• 1 to 3 years of R&D experience in skincare and haircare.
• Formulation expertise: Deep understanding of cosmetic ingredients, their properties, and how to formulate effective products.
• Understanding of cosmetic manufacturing technology and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in technical English.
• Excellent skills in synthesis, analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
