R&D Planning

- Develop or execute long-term R&D strategies and roadmaps.

- Plan, budget, and manage R&D projects

- Foster collaborations and networks with external research institutions.

- Manage R&D outcomes and reporting.

- Establish and improve R&D systems and processes.

- A Bachelor degree or equivalent, with related experience (food industry is a plus)

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- English ability: strong in reading and speaking. (KOREAN SPEAKING IS A BIG PLUS)
