Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Wellness Concierge to welcome guests and support daily reception operations at Rosewood Saigon.

You will be responsible for creating a warm and professional guest experience, managing appointments, introducing wellness services, and supporting customers throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Reception & Customer Service

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about available services.
• Introduce services, promotions, and suitable offerings to guests.

2. Appointment & Booking Management

• Manage and coordinate customer bookings and appointments.
• Confirm and update booking information accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest service.

3. Daily Operations

• Support reception and front desk operations.
• Ensure the reception area and guest experience are maintained to a professional standard.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
• Previous experience in Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service, Hospitality, Beauty, Spa or Wellness is an advantage.
• Basic English communication is preferred.
• Able to work on a shift-based schedule and adapt to a fast-paced service environment.

Working Schedule

• Shift-based schedule.
• 6 working days per week.
• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM, according to assigned shifts.
