Recruiter intern

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sourcing potential candidates and reaching out to prospects via email or phone or face-toface meeting. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills
to interact with candidates and internal teams.
2. Coordinate with clients to define necessary requirements for positions.
3. Keep in touch with past applicants

REQUIREMENT:
1. No requirement about experience. Sales/recruitment experience is an advantage.
You will be trained professionally from the beginning to become a Global Recruitment
Consultant/Headhunter
2. Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
