Mô tả Công việc

Job Purpose:

The Employer Branding Specialist is responsible for planning and executing recruitment marketing activities to strengthen the company’s employer image and support factory hiring priorities.

This role focuses on promoting the company’s positive working environment, core values, and development direction to the labor market, while ensuring recruitment communication accurately reflects real working conditions and enhances candidate attraction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Content Design & Multimedia Production

  • Visual Assets: Directly design and produce diverse marketing collateral, including posters, banners, flyers, and digital assets for both external recruitment and internal communication.

  • Video Editing: Create engaging short clips and reels (TikTok, Reels, or internal displays) that showcase factory life, employee testimonials, and company events.

  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual designs strictly follow the company’s Brand Guidelines while remaining creative and appealing to the target labor market.

2. Recruitment Marketing & Communication Channels

  • Plan and execute recruitment marketing activities aligned with factory hiring needs.

  • Manage and optimize content across multiple channels:

    • External: Social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Zalo OA, TikTok) and job platforms.

    • Internal: Employee newsletters, office/factory digital screens, and internal bulletin boards.

  • Develop content pillars such as: workplace photos, employee success stories, operational milestones, and industry-related knowledge (automotive & composites).

3. Internal Branding & Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate with HR and relevant departments to design materials for internal events, holiday celebrations, and recognition programs.

  • Highlight team collaboration and innovation initiatives to build a sense of pride and improve employee retention.

  • Liaise with HQ for brand review and approval on major marketing materials when required.

4. Campaign Support & Data Analytics

  • Support large-scale recruitment campaigns by providing "tailor-made" visual content for specific hiring drives.

  • Monitor and track performance metrics: Post reach, engagement, and candidate conversion from specific visual assets.

  • Prepare reports and suggest creative improvements based on data insights and latest design trends.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or College degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment marketing or social media communication.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.

  • Experience creating basic recruitment content (images, short videos) using common digital tools or AI-supported tools is required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and candidate attraction channels.

  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut).

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and job portals (e.g., Facebook, Zalo OA, LinkedIn, job sites).

  • Ability to create practical and engaging recruitment content aligned with factory realities.

  • Good coordination and communication skills with both office and production teams.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple communication priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English

  • Proficient in MS Office and digital content tools.
