Regional Finance Manager

- Fluent English language skills (key)

- Bachelor of Business Administration or MBA (key)

- 5 years working experience in similar field (minimum)

- Accounting background (not required but preferred)

- Act as a finance advisor to local General Managers and as a coach for 16 local finance managers

- Direct report to the International Finance Manager in Munich

- Conduct quarterly visits to Asia offices to meet with local GMs and finance managers -- approximately 4 office visits per year -- offices located in Tokyo, Seoul, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei, Manila, Sydney, Jakarta, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Phnom Penh, Ho Chi Minh, Rangoon, Dubai

- Analyze, evaluate and implement standardized financial procedures in all offices

- Train and guide local finance managers to ensure quality

- Support internal and external audits

- Ensure there is no fraud in local offices

- Optimize local office cash flow

- Support local finance projects (ERP implementation etc.)
