Regulatory Affairs cum Admin

・Handle all application procedures for new products and product renewals of powdered milk and nutritional supplements (Mei Balance) distributed by company (document preparation, submission of application documents, negotiations with officials, resolution of application issues, and securing approval).

- Confirm changes in regulations and assess their impact on our products.
・As there is an application manager, two individuals will consult and divide tasks to perform the practical work.

・Bachelor's degree or higher
・Individuals capable of smoothly handling new applications and change requests for company  (such as powdered milk and nutritional supplements), contributing to solving societal issues through our products.
・Individuals with at least 3 years of experience handling applications for nutritional supplements, nutritional foods, and foods for medical purposes, serving as the product application manager for companies in the same category as company products and directly negotiating with regulatory officials.
※ Applicants with experience in drug or general food applications are not eligible.
・Individuals who have pursued applications through legitimate methods and obtained approvals for new applications, ingredient applications, and change applications for nutritional foods.
・Individuals who have experience reviewing regulatory compliance, assessing impacts on company products, and evaluating the appropriateness of labeling methods for packaging and advertising.
・Individuals capable of communicating in English. Japanese language proficiency is not required.
・Individuals with strong communication skills who can discern the feelings and circumstances of regulatory officials and respond flexibly.
