Regulatory Supervisor

• Collect information and documents from relevant departments (R&D, Marketing, MPO, etc.), complete and provide labeling information according to the instructions of direct management (e.g., new products with changes in production processes, design changes in the quantity/type of semi-finished products, testing of new raw materials/additives, etc.).

• Check product label samples to ensure they match the approved labeling information.

• Conduct assessment and selection of food safety indicators in accordance with regulations and management instructions. Submit samples for testing according to prescribed indicators. Collect product quality data from FOR, PKG, Micro, QA, and KTCN groups throughout the product research and development process, and compile in-depth research documents to ensure accurate and sufficient data according to DOE.

• Assess and update internal compliance data on additives and raw materials as instructed by management. Synthesize information on compliance assessments of raw materials and additives for required products based on internal evaluation data.

• Prepare product/semi-finished product declaration dossiers according to prescribed forms. Propose reference declaration ranges based on collected product quality data.

• Arrange and maintain product declaration dossiers, inspection results, and legal documents.

• Research and evaluate scientific evidence to support marketing claims.

• Develop and issue internal regulations and guidelines for relevant departments. Periodically review and ensure implementation of these guidelines.

• Provide solutions, advice, and support to the manager in resolving issues related to regulatory affairs and specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields.

• At least 4 years of in similar roles in regulatory affairs within FMCG, food, or beverage industries.

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, product registration processes, and compliance requirements.

• Proven ability to manage dossiers, labeling, and compliance assessments with high attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational, documentation, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities across departments and with external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience guiding or mentoring junior staff.

• Proficient in Vietnamese and English
