REMOTE | Accounting & Operations Executive

Main Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance Support

• Coordinate with our accounting/tax partners on VAT, invoices and tax-related matters
•  Support monthly accounting reports and operational paperwork
•  Monitor payment records and operational expenses
• Assist with inventory and stock reconciliation
• Coordinate with our outsourced on HR statutory filings and payroll-related administration

Marketplace & Operations Support

• Support daily marketplace operations (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.)
• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfilment partners on orders, stock and deliveries
• Support product uploads and operational flow across platforms
• Monitor stock movement and basic operational performance
• Assist the team on logistics and day-to-day operations as the business scales

Requirements

• Background in Accounting, Finance or related fields
• Organised, detail-oriented and proactive
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• E-commerce or marketplace experience is a strong plus
• Vietnamese speaking only
• Basic English communication is preferred
