Research & Development Lab Assistant (Temp 6 Months)

• Assist in the preparation of formulations for food products
• Support routine stability and performance testing under the guidance of R&D staff
• Accurately weigh, mix, and label raw materials and samples according to procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory and equipment.
• Record and document formulation data, observations, and test results.
• Manage sample inventory, raw materials, and lab supplies.
• Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), safety protocols, and company SOPs.
• Participate in experimental trials and troubleshooting when required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Good in English and communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, Word) for data entry and reporting.

EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Previous lab experience (academic or industry) is preferred.

• Travel to factory for trial/ production
