Retail IT Intern

The IT Intern will support the IT team in maintaining daily operations and providing IT support to the Retail business. The role will be involved in documentation, data management, Retail store support, and coordination of IT-related activities and projects.

• Maintain IT documentation, data, and reports.
• Support daily IT operations and IT requests from Retail stores.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to follow up on IT issues and requests.
• Assist with IT asset tracking, equipment records, and store setup.
• Support IT activities for new store openings and Retail projects.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the IT team.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Practical experience in IT Operations within a Retail environment.
• Exposure to IT systems, equipment, and operational processes across Retail stores.
• Documentation, IT asset management, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
• How IT supports day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced Retail organization.
