Mô tả Công việc

  • Receive all local and overseas customers’ requests.
  • Work with the production, planning, sales, accounting, import & export departments to collect all details related to orders and reply to customers.
  • Prepare all sales administration documents: profoma invoices, sales contract, official invoices, delivery forms, …
  • Contact customers to get on time payment.
  • Daily update of the orders, prices and shipment database.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • English skills (speaking and writing).
  • University or College degree.
  • Skills in client management.
  • Computer skills in usual office software (MS Office, MS Excel).
  • Excellent organizational skills and work efficiency with resistance to work under pressure.
  • High motivation, flexibility, carefulness and reliability.
  • Able to work with a team of international managers.
  • 5 years experience in a similar position.
  • Resident in Binh Duong/Thu Duc area is a plus.
