Sales Admin (Thư ký kinh doanh)

**** Showroom assistance:

· Monitor, check, arrange, and display products and samples at showroom

· Take care of and ensure product images, including displaying, label, price tag and promoting

· Take care of customers at the showroom (foreigner and retail customers)

**** Retail Sales assistance:

· Receiving & handling customer requests

· Providing & chasing sales quotes for customers

· Liaising with customers to solve the complaints/feedback

· Producing confirmed sales orders to ensure timely delivery

· Enter data and provide complete and accurate sales orders to the delivery man

· Supporting project sales & customer service

· Reporting revenue to retail channels (consignment)

· Other tasks as required by the Manager

· Directly manage and consult customers on Facebook fan page, email, hotline, and other sources if available to advise customers about the products

+ Entry level applicants are welcome
+ Must be able to handle English documents & good command of written & speak English
+ Hard working, careful, proactive & team work skill
+ Being able to use office software (word, excel, outlook)
+ Customer service
+ Experience in marketing & social media is a plus
+ Foody is more welcome
+ Should have same experience from the same field and Graduated from University
+ Opportunity to move up to sales role
