Sales Admin

• Support the Steel Wire Rope sales team in processing orders, preparing contracts, and tracking delivery progress.

• Manage and update customer data, contracts, and pricing related to steel wire rope products.

• Coordinate with related departments (warehouse, logistics, purchasing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Assist in preparing sales reports, inventory reports, and market analysis specific to steel wire rope products.

• Support customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.

• Perform other administrative tasks related to the Steel Wire Rope sales department

• College or university degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in Sales Admin, logistics, or related roles, preferably in industrial or steel-related businesses.
• Proficient in office software, especially Excel.
• Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) to handle international suppliers and customers.
• Good communication skills, detail-oriented, careful, and highly responsible.
• Knowledge of industrial products or steel wire rope is a plus.
• Experience with import/export documentation or logistics is an advantage.
