Sales Admin

1. Serve as a primary business contact with the customers and take responsible for customer’s satisfaction.
2. Seek and increase potential customers
3. Maintain close relationship with current customers.
4. Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and follow the progress
5. Follow up progress of project and do prompt action to ensure it on schedule, meet customer’s demand
6. Other work assigned by Head of Department.

1. Female/ Male
2. At least 1 year experience
3. Experience in sales and knowledge of IT field are advantages.
4. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
5. Fluency in English/ Japanese is advantage.
6. Careful, dynamic, enthusiastic and hard working.

Must be able to work in team, good spirit, take initiatives and under high pressure.
