Job Objective:
The Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing customer data, tracking sales transactions, preparing sales documentation, and handling administrative tasks related to the sales process. By working closely with different departments and streamlining sales operations, the Sales Administrator enables the sales team to focus on closing deals and optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Process Support:
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, creating PO on system, contracts, and sales-related documents.
- Track sales activities, update customer data, orders, and sales figures in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure customer files are well-organized, accurate, and complete.
- Working with other departments to follow up the PO.
2. Customer Data and Contract Management:
- Update and monitor the status of customer transactions and contracts.
- Manage the customer database, ensuring that contact information, contracts, and related documents are up to date and accurate.
- Handle and archive customer files and sales agreements in line with company procedures.
3. Logistic and Support:
- Support Logistic for all sales activities
- Coordinate with other departments such as finance and customer service to resolve issues related to orders or post-sale services.
- Assist with payment processing and follow up with customers on outstanding payments if necessary.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare reports on sales performance, contract status, and progress toward sales targets for management.
- Assist in analyzing sales data to help the sales team develop strategies for improving performance.
5. Support for Sales Events and Workshops:
- Help organize sales events, workshops, and customer meetings.
- Manage marketing materials and support sales-related marketing activities.
