Sales Admin

• Contact and work with clients.
• Make production planning and scheduling sales
• Follow up production schedule + delivery time
• Receive order/Sample from customer
• Work with kinting/ dyeing/ printing factories
• Responsible for fabric testing process
• Update production status,sample status….
• Make sales contract, debit note, document relating to sales department
• Make, check and confirm debit note for processing factories
• Make shipping doc such as INV, PKL
• Other work-related

• University or College graduation.
• Good English communications and skills, computer skills and competencies.
• Team work ability and work independently.
• Preference is given to experience at Textile/printing/knitting fabric sector
