Mô tả Công việc

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize sales operations and maximize revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to streamline processes and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement sales forecasting models to accurately predict sales trends and inform business decisions.
  • Build and manage stock of material and finished goods to ensure on-time delivery and but low at stock level.
  • Manage and optimize sales tools and technologies (CRM, SAP, BI, etc.) to support the sales team and improve productivity.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain sales policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and consistency across the sales organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, operational efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Provide assistance in the planning of cargo shipments, including vessel nomination, shipping advice, insurance declaration, discharge port agent appointment, load/discharge operations, and closely follow up with cargo status and provide suggestions to the trader or management if needed.
  • Manage and ensure accuracy of all shipping documents (including B/L, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, surveyor certifications) and payment which are issued by suppliers or external vendors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate settlement of Accounts Receivables and/or Payments, including laytime, freight differential & etc
  • Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the Operations Department
  • Prepare reports, month-end closing data related to departments in tabular format, together with invoices and title documents for accounts departments, also as per orders from senior/ BOD
  • Other tasks assigned by the Managers/ BOD

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in CRM/SAP systems, supply chain management, or sales analytics are a plus
  • Experience:  4 years
  • Good in English, knowing Chinese is preferable
  • Numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Intermediate to Advanced level on MS Office, and experience with CRM/SAP systems is preferable
  • Excellent written and oral skills
  • Ability to engage with team, customers, management, and sales
  • Strong analytical skills, includingthe  ability to deliver reporting that informs strategic decisions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve
