1. Role Purpose
The Sales Capability Intern supports the Sales Capability & HRBP Sales team in designing, executing, and evaluating training initiatives to improve the effectiveness and productivity of the Sales team.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Training Operations & Support
• Assist in planning and coordinating training programs for Sales teams (SR, ASM, RSM).
• Support logistics: scheduling, venue setup, material preparation, attendance tracking.
• Manage communication with participants and trainers.
B. Learning & Development Content
• Assist in preparing training materials.
• Support e-learning module creation.
• Gather and summarize training feedback.
C. Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain and update Sales Capability dashboards.
• Support training evaluation.
• Assist with data analysis.
D. Administrative & Project Support
• Provide admin support for Sales Capability initiatives.
• Assist special projects such as onboarding or competency mapping.
Education:
• Final-year student or fresh graduate in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Skills & Competencies:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
