Sales Controlling Supervisor

• Manage and analyse the information of sales, distribution and sales resource.

• Monitor & analyse all sales activities/sales trend/customers.... to support for Sales Department.

• Aggregate sales reports in a timely fashion for performance evaluation.

• Control Total Trade Spend/Net Customer Contribution by customer, distributor, sales channel, sales region

• Check & analyse the sales activity

• Cooperate with ISIT Department to make sure that Data stored in a systematic way to ready provide for business needs.

• Assign, guide & support Sales Controlling Executives

• Do the distributor audit

• Handle & operate the team (except the salary)

• Other works assigned by Sales Controller

- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or master data management.

- Experience working with big data and basic-level data analysis.

- Proficiency in Word/Excel and the ability to use Power BI for work purposes.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
