Order & Logistics Management: Receive, process, and track sales orders, delivery schedules, and payment status.
ERP System Operation: Execute sales operations and data management on the ERP (SAP) system.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers; coordinate internally to ensure all customer requirements are met.
Complaint Resolution: Receive and handle customer complaints, and follow up on the progress of quality issues resolution.
Customer Feedback & Improvement: Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve service quality.
New Product Development (NPD) Tracking: Monitor the implementation of new products and engineering design changes (ECN) as requested by customers.
Sales Reporting: Prepare periodic sales and business performance reports.
Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Education & Experience
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Sales Admin positions is a plus.
Prior experience in molding, plastic injection, or general industrial manufacturing is highly preferred.
Languages & Technical Skills
Language: Fluent in English communication (both verbal and written).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Office 365 and ERP (SAP) system.
