Sales Deputy Manager (Customer & Sales Operations)

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Deputy Sales Supervisor to support sales operations, manage client relationships, and coordinate bidding and contract processes.

This role focuses on sales coordination and customer management

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily sales operations and ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Prepare and manage bidding documents and contract-related paperwork.
• Coordinate internally with Operations and other departments to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
• Monitor contract performance and provide periodic reports to management.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on service-related matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in Sales Admin, Sales Support, Account Executive, or similar roles.
• Experience in B2B services is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English or Japanese (No certificate required)
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
