SUMMARY:
The Director of Sales is responsible for strategic sales planning, team leadership, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, market share, and overall profitability of Citadines Central Bình Dương.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans to achieve room revenue targets and other available hotel services.
- Market Development: Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, focusing on Corporate accounts, Long-stay guests, and Travel Agents (TA).
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team; establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for each team member.
- Partnership Management: Maintain and nurture existing client networks; represent the hotel at networking events, and promotional activities.
- Reporting: Prepare periodic sales reports, market forecasts, and competitive analyses for the General Manager and Executive Committee.
