Mô tả Công việc

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in R&D and engineering services, especially in hardware design, embedded software, testing, and product industrialization in Vietnam.
  • Actively promote Cicor Vietnam’s engineering competencies to existing and potential customers in Asia and Europe.
  • Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and project offers in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Support contract negotiation and ensure successful project handover to execution teams.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key customers, R&D partners, and decision-makers.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements and project scopes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and professional service.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with R&D, Testing, and Manufacturing teams to align customer requirements with internal capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Global Sales and Key Account Managers in Europe and Asia for joint opportunities.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and marketing initiatives for Cicor Vietnam’s engineering business in Vietnam.

Qualifications and Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or project management in the EMS, R&D services, or electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of selling technical solutions or engineering services.

Technical Competencies

  • Strong understanding of electronics design, embedded systems, testing, and product industrialization.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.
  • Knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFT (Design for Testing) principles is an advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese (German is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a global team.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
