Mô tả Công việc

SOLAR [Utility + Wind Segment]

+ Working directly with end user (especially in Investor Solar farm and Wind) and Contractor (especially in SOLAR and WIND) to close the project.

SOLAR [Residential Segment]

+ Monitoring, Support Tire 2 channel working directly with Dealer & EPCs in the solar residential segment.

+ Conduct market research to identify and build up Tier 2/ Dealer to expand the market.

SOLAR [C&I Segment]

+ Working directly with end users (especially in Investor Commercial, Industrial) and contractors (especially in SOLAR) to close the project.

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities.

• Set up meetings with potential clients and proactive business trips if any.

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

• Quote/Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

• Full time Interacting with CRM system to plan, execute and update all sales activities timely.

• And other sales assignments.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

SOLAR [Utility + Wind Segment]

+ Knowledge of designing the full solar system and wind.

+ Knowledge of PV, Inverter, BESS, DC cable, Accessories & sales process.

+ At least 3-years’ experience in selling products, solutions, or services in the SOLAR & WIND business.

SOLAR [Residential Segment]

+ Knowledge of desgin the full solar system.

+ Knowledge of PV, Inverter, BESS, DC cable, Accessories & sales process.

+ At least 2-years’ experience in selling products, solutions, or services in the Distributor SOLAR business.

SOLAR [C&I Segment]

+ Knowledge of desgin the full solar system.

+ Knowledge of PV, Inverter, BESS, DC cable, Accessories & sales process.

+ At least 3-years’ experience in selling products, solutions, or services in the SOLAR business.

• High pressure with sales activities & sales target.

• Self-motivated & Fast learner.

• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

• Be able to work independently as well as on a team.

• Good English and professional selling skills.

• Hands-on experience with CRM software.

• Technical background graduated is a plus.

• At least 2-year experience in CRM software.
