Mô tả Công việc

  • Market Development: Implement sales programs and expand the customer base in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring areas.
  • Technical Consulting: Identify customer needs, provide technical advice, and persuade clients to purchase measuring equipment and mechanical tools.
  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual plans for customer growth and revenue targets.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and propose strategies for approaching and caring for clients within the assigned region.
  • Branch Representation: Act as the brand representative at the branch; consult on and optimize workflow processes for the Representative Office.
  • Reporting: Provide periodic or ad-hoc reports on branch activities and market trends to the Board of Directors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Male, under 40 years old.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Technical fields (Mechanical Engineering, Metrology, Mechatronics, etc.) or in Marketing and Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a similar role; proven track record in selling mechanical tools, measuring equipment, or industrial machinery.
  • Proficient in English.
