· Develop and maintain relationships with customers, OEMs, consultants, contractors, end users.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
· Promote company products and solutions to customers in industrial sectors.
· Prepare quotations, technical-commercial proposals, and follow up on projects.
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
· Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management
· Degree / Diploma in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical Electronics Engineering
· 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
· Experience in gearmotors, gearboxes, motors, drives, automation, or industrial equipment is preferred.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Good technical understanding and problem-solving ability.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/customers.
· Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development
· Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills in English & Vietnames
