  • Presenting, recommending, and convincing clients to utilize the company’s products and services
  • Identifying, sustaining, and expanding a network of clients and business partners within the company’s industry (both directly and through intermediaries).
  • Monitoring and achieving individual sales goals.
  • Developing and executing a personal sales strategy.
  • Preparing and evaluating sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Collaborating on order execution, contract management, delivery coordination, payment follow-up, and related tasks to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company’s brand and value.
  • Addressing and supporting the resolution of customer complaints.
  • Adhering to company policies, working hours, and internal guidelines.
  • Fostering effective interdepartmental communication and cooperation.
  • Sharing market insights and contributing to the development of sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • ​​​​​​​Performing other duties as assigned by the Manager or Board of Directors.
