To develop sales activities to achieve maximum sales of Citadines Central Binh Duong to current and prospective customers providing a mix of strategic and tactical solutions in a business-to-business selling environment, especially with Chinese corporate communities.
To effectively achieve or exceed sales goals set by the Director of Sales.
To do sales call periodically to bring customers to the hotel for site inspection, and prospect new accounts in the corporate territory.
To consult daily with Director of Sales concerning the corporate accounts and how they relate to the sales success of the room.
Periodically contact clients to update the information which is necessary for business.
Periodically contact client while in-house to be certain all is in order and going well.
Effective merchandising, prospecting, solicitation, site inspection, booking of business and promotion for the hotel.
Update information of corporate accounts in town and new comers or new projects every month
Besponsible for administrative efforts necessary to perform these tasks
