Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to achieve assigned sales targets.
Identify and develop new customers to expand business opportunities in the footwear industry.
Coordinate with the Global Sales team to implement and follow up on specifications, projects, and new business opportunities.
Manage sample development, prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and oversee orders from inquiry through delivery.
Work closely with Development, QA, Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor accounts receivable and collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payment collection.
Provide timely support in resolving technical, quality, and service-related issues to maximize customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate customer and sales information in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).
Prepare sales forecasts, analyze market demand, and submit periodic reports to management.

College or Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management, preferably in the footwear or footwear components industry.
Experience in sample development, order management, and direct customer engagement is preferred.
Experience with footwear components, footwear accessories, reflective materials, or protective footwear is an advantage.
Good command of spoken Chinese is mandatory; basic English communication skills are required.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, able to work independently, and capable of managing priorities effectively
