Key Responsibilities
-Identify and Develop Potential Distribution Channels
Research, collect, and evaluate potential distribution partners aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
-Market and Competitor Analysis
Conduct surveys and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
-Business Planning
Develop market expansion plans and propose effective business strategies to management.
-Product Introduction and Consultation
Present product information professionally, tailored to the needs and characteristics of each customer segment.
-Customer Handling and Persuasion
Address inquiries, overcome objections, and provide solutions to persuade customers to choose the company’s products/services.
-Negotiation and Orders Finalization
Lead deal-closing processes, negotiate terms, and complete monthly orders.
-Customer Relationship Management
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
-Internal Collaboration
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer requests and ensure service quality.
-Business Idea and Solution Proposal
Proactively suggest initiatives and plans to enhance business performance.
-Other Assigned Tasks
Support additional duties as assigned by management to meet overall goals and timelines.
